Capitol Visits The State Capitol Building is the focal point of an impressive complex of Government buildings which make a rewarding and educational visitor experience. That is why I am pleased to assist in arranging Tours of the State Capitol, the State Museum and the Empire State Plaza. If you are planning a visit, please call my office -- we will answer questions regarding trips and advise you when the Legislature is in session.
